Congratulations to our own Brother Mike Zurell. He is the new Grand Master for The Grand Lodge of the State of New York for the 2019/2020 Term. In addition, Brother Doug Gessner from Mineola #125 will be on Mike's staff as Grand Herald. As an alternate at the convention for Brother Ajello, I was happy to see one of our local Long Island brothers finally reach the top post.
It was also quite a sight to see all the Past Sovereign Grand Masters of the IOOF in a single meeting.
